At Insta Label, we’re committed to ensuring you have a delightful shopping experience. If you need to cancel, return, or request a refund, we’ve made the process simple and stress-free. Please review the details below to understand our policies.
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things change! If you need to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to do so without any charges. After cancellation, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
If 24 hours have passed, the order may have already been processed, but we’ll do our best to assist you. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@instalabel.store.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right! Simply contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will either:
- Reship the item at no additional cost
- Provide a full refund, including shipping fees
We will need a photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item to process the refund or replacement. If you prefer to return the item, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Conditions
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Items not in their original condition, such as opened or used products
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Dissatisfaction with the color or design chosen
- Items damaged by customers after use
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all orders. This guarantee ensures that if you are not fully satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. However, the following exclusions apply:
- Color or design dissatisfaction: Refunds are not offered based on personal preferences after delivery.
- Damage after use: Items damaged after use are not eligible for a refund.
- Refused delivery: Customers who refuse delivery without contacting us first will not be eligible for a refund.
